Log into your Auk account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the items back in their original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
